01/11/03 Ellis' late free throws help Fairport survive OT scare at Brighton

(January 11, 2003) — BRIGHTON — Lindsay Ellis sank two free throws with 30 seconds left in overtime to seal Fairport’s 46-41 victory over Brighton in a Monroe County game on Friday night.

Josa Hanzlik hit a 3-pointer with 23 seconds remaining to force overtime for the Red Raiders (5-0 league, 10-0 overall).

Sabrina Boykin scored 16 points and Ellis added 11 for Fairport. Jessica Webster and Suzanne Reynolds each scored 10 points to lead the Barons (6-5).
