Brockport 104, Oswego 60: Mike Medbury (Attica) scored 27 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the host Golden Eagles (5-5 SUNYAC, 10-9).

Brockport went on a 20-7 run in the second half to lead 89-53 with 7:00 left.

Brandon Mills (Spencerport) added 20 points, Randy Bills (Fairport) added 17 and Kellan Skrine (Rush-Henrietta) added 15 for Brockport.

Oswego is 6-5, 10-9.
