02/12/03 Bills' 16 points lift Brockport past Buffalo St.

(February 12, 2003) — BROCKPORT — Junior Randy Bills (Fairport) scored 16 points and hit 4 of 7 3-pointers to lift Brockport to a 71-62 victory over Buffalo State, which was in first place in the SUNYAC conference coming into the game.

Brockport went on a 13-0 run midway through the second half to take a 63-49 lead. Brandon Mills (Spencerport) grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds for the Golden Eagles, who improved to 6-5 SUNYAC, 11-9 overall.

The Bengals are 9-2, 14-5.
