Consolation, Fairport 63, Greece Athena 46: Ryan McAdam scored 15 points in the first half for the Red Raiders (17-3). Mike Clay scored all seven of his points in the final 30 seconds of the third quarter to give Fairport a 41-35 lead.

Ryan Kerr scored 12 points for Athena (15-5).
