(December 4, 2003) — GREECE — Junior Corrine Keller scored a game-high 21
points for Greece Athena in a 64-37 win over Fairport in Monroe County
girls basketball Wednesday night.
Keller added six rebounds, four assists and five steals to lead host
Athena. Freshman Melissa Alwardt added 10 first-half points for the
Trojans (1-0).
Julie Marriott scored 11 points to lead Fairport (0-1).
Hilton 55, Webster Thomas 36
Senior guard Marisa Clark had 20 points, eight rebounds and six assists to
lead visiting Hilton. Amy Pratt added seven points and 12 rebounds for the
Cadets (1-0).
Marissa Canori scored 12 points for Thomas (0-1).
Non-league
Finney 58, Pavilion 33
Eighth-grader Destine Webb had 18 points, four rebounds and seven steals
to lead Finney.
Ashley Klopf added 16 points and six steals for Finney.
Wendy Bartholemaw had 16 points and five rebounds for Pavilion (0-3).
Batavia 45, Bath 34
Jovana Mobley scored 13 points and Jayme Stamp added eight to lead Batavia
(1-0). Alicia Mobley also had eight points.
Braedyn Ordway led Bath (3-1) with 11 points. Trista Partridge chipped in
eight points and three steals.
Penfield 68, Edison 21
Danielle Graunke had six steals to go with 17 points for the Patriots
(1-0). Edison is 0-1.

Diana Bermudez won the all-around with a score of 33.7 for visiting Hilton
(1-0), and Erin Duffy placed second.
Jessica Webb won the balance beam with a score of 8.85 and finished third
in the all-around for Fairport (0-1).
