12/13/03 Boley guides Brockport to OT win over Fairport

(December 13, 2003) — FAIRPORT — Gabrielle Boley sent the game to overtime and then scored seven more points to give Brockport a 79-71 victory over Fairport in a Monroe County girls basketball game Friday.

Boley scored off a sideline play with 10 seconds left to send the game into overtime for Brockport. She finished with 28 points and 13 rebounds and Katie Lester added 11 points and eight assists for the Blue Devils (2-1 league, 3-1 overall).

Julie Marriott scored 23 points for Fairport (0-2, 0-4), which is winless after playing two overtime games in its first four. The Red Raiders went 21-2 last year as the Section V Class AA runner-up.
