Fairport JV Boy’s Basketball Defeat Monroe

The Fairport JV Boy’s Basketball team improved to 2 – 2 by defeating Monroe. The Raiders jumped out to an early lead out scoring Monroe 32 to 22 in the first half. Fairport outscored Monroe 31 to 22 the second half to go on to win 63 to 44. Leading the scoring for Fairport was Brandon Stevens with 21 points. Also scoring for Fairport were Zack Scibani with 14, David Kozar with 14, Robby Magee with 5, Scott Deady with 4, Sam Townsend with 2, Andy Petersen with 2, and Marc Bertucci with 1. Also playing and contributing to the win were Larry Hall, Brendan McCarthy, Matt Falcon, John McDonnell, and Tim Lukenbill.
