Owen Reilly wins the 2005-2006 Mike Breese
Scholarship!
In
memory of Mike Breese's unselfish
dedication to his team (1975-1977), and to the Fairport Basketball Program in
general, the Mike Breese Scholarship was established. It is
presented each year to a senior member of the boys' varsity basketball team
who best exemplifies Mike's positive and winning spirit.
This
year's winner is no surprise. Owen Reilly's defining characteristics on and
off the court are hustle, a winning attitude, and the team spirit that
typifies those who've won this award. Owen's contribution to the team include
a strong positive outlook and a shining enthusiasm.
