Fairport JV Boy’s Basketball Team Loses to Schroeder

The Fairport JV Boy’s basketball team played their first home game of the season hosting Webster Schroeder. The Warriors outscored Fairport in the first quarter 21 to 10. The raiders pulled to within 6 in the second quarter to trail 33 to 26 at the half. Fairport pulled to with in one point with 10 seconds to go but never got the ball back. Leading the scoring for Fairport was Michael Glenn with 29 points. Also scoring were Geoff Soja with 12, Robby Magee with 8, Phil Mormon with 7, James Hamill with 4 and Adam Lostumbo with 2. The final score was 71-68. Fairport’s record is now 1 – 2.
