Fairport 53, Webster Schroeder 45Kevin Borden hit back-to-back 3-pointers to tie it at 45 and the Red Raiders went on to end the game on a 14-0 run.
Webster Schroeder led 45-39 with a little more than three minutes remaining.
Kyle Downey made 5 of 6 free throws in the final two minutes to seal the win for Fairport (12-3).
Matt Levinson scored a career-high 21 points and had five steals for Webster Schroeder. Brian Szczepanski added nine points and 12 rebounds for the Warriors (5-9).
