Falcons Repeat

The C.G. Finney Boys Basketball team defeated Chateaugay-X 46-27 in the Class D state title game in Glens Falls. The Falcons (24-3) capture their second consecutive state championship.

The Fairport Red Raiders fell to Bishop McGinn 68-63 in the boys Class AA state semis. Fairport was making their first ever trip to the state final four in team history.

Bloomfield beat Blind Brook-VI 48-39 in the girls Class C semis at Hudson Valley Community College. The Bombers will play Elmira Notre Dame in the finals Sunday afternoon.

Romulus came up short in its quest for a state championship losing 59-48 versus S.S. Seward. The Warriros end the season 19-7
